• Original of the Marriage Certificate
• Original of all Children’s’ Birth Certificates

NOTE: Proof of kinship: Necessary documents that prove the relationship between the traveler and the sponsor (birth certificates and marriage certificates) need to be notarized and certified by the Secretary of State before submitting any visa request. We can assist with this process. Please choose service type from the 3 step request form for legalization, mark the first step only.

NOTE: If original documents are issued from another country, they need to be legalized by the Saudi Consulate in the country of issue.

Police record

• One Police Report issued within 90 days or less for all applicants over 18 years of age. In addition the police report must be issued on official (city) department stationary including the physical address of the police department (P.O. Box not accepted) and must include an official department seal and detail that states the application (has no criminal record).

Applicant must provide a copy of his or her drivers license in addition to their social security number.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that the Saudi Consulate will not accept any police reports issued from the Sheriff or County police departments. They accept Police reports from an approve agent which we will order on your behalf.
