Ensure all items below are complete. Missing or incorrect details will result in submission delays from consular authorities.
Passport copy
Submit a clear, color scan of your passport bio/information page. The passport must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date from Vietnam, with at least two blank pages remaining.
Non-U.S. Citizens: Must provide proof of legal status in the USA, such as a notarized copy of an Alien Registration Card (Green Card) or a valid U.S. visa accompanied by an I-94 form.
Passport photo specifications
Provide a high-resolution 2×2 inch digital passport photo (or printed photo if shipping physical documents) taken within the last 6 months.
- Dimensions: 2 × 2 inches (50 × 50 mm), full-face front view against a plain, solid white background.
- Lighting: Evenly lit with no shadows across the face or background.
- Facial Expression: Neutral expression, eyes open and clearly visible, mouth closed.
- Attire & Accessories: No eyeglasses, hats, headbands, or scarves (except for documented religious or medical reasons).
- Quality: Must be a professional studio print or clear digital scan. Low-resolution, selfies, or home printer prints are not accepted.
Flight itinerary & Hotel confirmation

Health record
Yellow Fever vaccination certificates are not mandatory for Vietnam entry unless arriving from a high-risk transmission region.
