Important notes
Sam’s Passport Inc. is a Licensed and Registered Company with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Embassy.
Police reports for applicants 18+ must be issued within 90 days on official letterhead. The Saudi Consulate does not accept Sheriff or County police reports — use an accepted city/state police format. Include driver’s license copy and Social Security number where the checklist asks.
Saudi packets: police, sponsor, and legalization
Other visa agencies usually highlight three Saudi bottlenecks. Build your file around them:
- Police clearance format — wrong issuing agency is a common rejection reason.
- Sponsor / approval papers — employment, resident, and family visit paths need Saudi-side documents (including yellow-slip style approvals when applicable).
- Business legalization — some business files need a legalization request form in addition to the invitation and guarantee letter.
- Medical / resume — employment cases add medical report and resume requirements beyond a tourist checklist.
