Must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay.

NOTE: For Non U.S. Citizens Applicant must submit either notarized Copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

NOTE: Visas for Non US Citizens, the inviting organization will have to apply at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar for a NOC (No Objection Certificate). The traveler can then travel with the NOC and obtain a visa upon arrival. Once you have received the NOC, we will need a copy of the NOC in addition the requirements below in order to process your visa.

Applications will not be accepted if they are not typed. Please do not leave any blanks, applications that are not fully completed will be rejected by the consulate at the applicants expense.

Letter of guarantee

A Business Letter of Guarantee is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

“Consulate of Qatar / Houston TX”.

The letter must clearly explain the purpose of travel; Guarantee financial support for the visit and return transportation; the letter should be signed by an officer or manager of the company, other than the applicant.

Please provide a copy of your yellow Fever Vaccination.
