NOTE: Citizen of all countries not listed above will need to apply through their sponsor in Kuwait for NOC (No Objection Certificate) once approved by the immigration in Kuwait, applicants can either ask their sponsor to have their visa ready at the point of entry upon their arrival to Kuwait or we can process their visa at the Kuwait Embassy with all the documents list it below along with the NOC approval.

We will FedEx or deliver your passport back to your address as soon as the consulate releases your passport to us.
There are different types of visas for Kuwait and each has its own requirements, processing time and fees. Please click on the visa type that fits your needs.
Must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay.
NOTE: For Non U.S. Citizens Applicant must submit either notarized Copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

You must complete the Sams Online Order Form.
The order form gives Sams your name, address, shipping information and payment method. Multiple applicants can be entered using one order form. You only need to complete one Sams order form per request. Please print two copies of the confirmation page. Include one copy with the documents you ship to Sams and keep one copy for your records.

The following health requirements must be met:
- HIV test for applicants over 12 years of age.
- An health certificate obtained from the local doctor certifying that the patient is in good health and free from contagious diseases
- Lab test results for the following – Hepatitis B&C – Chest X Ray’s for Tuberculosis – Malaria – Filariasis – Syphilis.
- Children under 5 years of age must present an up to date schedule of essential vaccinations.
An FBI report that will reflect, no criminal record.
The FBI report must be certified by the U.S. State Department then legalized by the embassy.
