Letter of guarantee

A Business Letter of Guarantee is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

“Consulate of  South Korea / Houston TX”.

Letter of invite

A letter of invitation from the inviting organization in Korea, which clearly states the request of issuance for a D9 work visa to be issued, as well as the applicants passport number.

Proof of travel & Hotel reservation

Please provide a copy of your flight itinerary and a hotel reservation.

Health record

Please provide a copy of your yellow Fever Vaccination.

Additional documents

Please provide the following:

-Tax payment certificate for the company in South Korea.

-Certificate of Business Registration for the company in South Korea.
