**NOTE:** Submissions for the Houston, Consulate of India for the sticker Tourist and Business Visa and Employment Visa inserted into your passport include residents of the States:

Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and Nebraska.

For other Jurisdictional processing, as you fill out the online application for a sticker Tourist/ Business visa, the application will generate for the proper Consulate General/ Mission. For all jurisdictions, please contact our office for additional information.

For requirements/ Information for Minors, please contact our office additional information.

There are different types of visas for India, and each has its requirements, processing time and fees. Please click on the visa type that fits your needs.

The sticker visa is valid for 5 years with multiple entries upon consulate discretion. There is no option for a 10-year visa at this time. For sticker Visas inside the passport, the passport with the visa will be shipped to the applicant’s home address provided on the Driver’s license directly from the Consulate upon completion.

NOTE: For Minors

  • The second page of the Application form needs to be signed by both parents and notarized.
  • Copy of birth certificate/ containing the picture and signature page of both parents along with copies of both parents’ Driver License
  • The different USA Jurisdictions for processing Sticker Business and Tourist Visas
Passport

Must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay. Submit physical passport book. Must have two blank congruent visa pages when opened.

NOTE: For Non U.S. Citizens Applicant must submit a Copy of their Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in the USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

NOTE: Naturalized U.S. Citizens who are of Indian origin, must provide School Diploma, Birth Certificate and a photo copy of his or her Indian Passport. (Please call for more information regarding India renunciation)

NOTE: Please make sure that the Application Form prints completely with the port of entry and exit completely printed at the bottom as well as the bar code.
