NOTE: Us citizens do not require a Visa to enter Equatorial Guinea for up to 30 days. However, they are requested to bring supporting documentation with them.

Sam’s Passport Inc. is a Licensed and Registered Company with the Embassy of Equatorial Guinea.

We will FedEx or deliver your passport back to your address as soon as the consulate releases your passport to us.

There are different types of visas for Equatorial Guinea and each has its own requirements, processing time and fees. Please click on the visa type that fits your needs.

Passport

Must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay.

NOTE: For Non U.S. Citizens Applicant must submit either notarized Copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

Applications will not be accepted if they are not typed. Please do not leave any blanks, applications that are not fully completed will be rejected by the consulate at the applicants expense.

Photos

2 Passport-type photographs on a white background required.

(No glasses, with the applicants face in plain view).

Bank statement

Please provide a bank statement confirming 2,000.00 or more to cover expenses.

Police report

Police clearance from the country of residence. A local police clearance is sufficient as long as it has a seal from the police department. Sam’s Passport can assist you with the Houston police request.

Proof of travel & Hotel reservation

Please provide a copy of your flight itinerary and a hotel reservation.

Health record

Please provide a copy of your yellow Fever Vaccination.
