Must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay.

NOTE: For Non U.S. Citizens Applicant must submit either notarized Copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

Secure Online Application After completion of application, please print, sign and include with accompanying requirements in package to be sent to us. Please be prepared to follow the new Biometric finger scan instructions in order to complete the visa process.

There are two parts where signature is required in page 2 and page 9.

Biometrics

Once your application is submitted online, you will be instructed to report to the nearest biometric scanning facility in your region.

Proof of travel & Hotel reservation

Please provide a copy of your flight itinerary and a hotel reservation.

Letter of invitation

A letter with a request to issue a visa addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of United Kingdom in New York Please, indicate your name, the purpose of your trip, your contact in UK, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited.

Employment letter

Letter must state the length of service and vacation dates. If you do not have employer we need a letter from the University that you are attending.
