Must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay.

NOTE: For Non U.S. Citizens Applicant must submit either notarized Copy of  Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

2 Visa Application Form fully completed and signed.

Photos

Please provide 2 Good Quality Color Passport-Type photographs with white background.

Proof of travel & Hotel reservation

Please provide a copy of your flight itinerary and a hotel reservation.

Health insurance

Please provide health insurance for United Kingdom and Canadian nationals, it must specify the country (Algeria).

Proof of citizenship

Please provide a copy of your US status. IE: US visa sticker in your passport or a copy of your green card.

Business letter of guarantee

A letter with a request to issue a visa addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Algeria. Please, indicate your name, the purpose of your trip, your contact in Algeria the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited.

Letter of invite

Invitation letter from the Host Company or Organization in Algeria, authorized by the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It must be original.

NOTE: 

In addition of the requirements listed above from

a work permit and letter of repatriation, both documents MUST be originals and issued by the Algerian authorities, department of labor.
