Valid Notarized Copy of one of the following: driver’s license, utility bills, lease or bank statement.

NOTE: Houston Jurisdiction – Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. – The Consulate of Brazil in Houston only accepts applications for submission on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.

NOTE: Tourist visa applications are now jurisdictional, applications that are sent out of jurisdiction for processing will be subject to additional services fees
