NOTE: If Traveling with Minors, you need to provide a copy of the Minor’s Birth Certificate along with a notarized letter of support jointly signed by both parents or legal guardians agreeing with the trip and specifying who will be traveling with the child.

We will FedEx or deliver your passport back to your address as soon as the consulate releases your passport to us.

Letter of guarantee

A Business Letter of Guarantee is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

“Consulate of Togo / Houston TX”.

The letter must clearly explain the purpose of travel; Guarantee financial support for the visit and return transportation; the letter should be signed by an officer or manager of the company, other than the applicant.
