We will FedEx or deliver your passport back to your address as soon as the consulate releases your passport to us.
There are different types of visas for Liberia and each has its own requirements, processing time and fees. Please click on the visa type that fits your needs.
Must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay.
NOTE: For Non U.S. Citizens Applicant must submit either Notarized Copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)

Sams Order Form
You must complete the Sams Online Order Form.
The order form gives Sams your name, address, shipping information and payment method. Multiple applicants can be entered using one order form. You only need to complete one Sams order form per request. Please print two copies of the confirmation page. Include one copy with the documents you ship to Sams and keep one copy for your records.
While completing the online order form in this step, you will be asked how you want to pay Sams fees. You may pay our fees online with a credit card or enclose a personal or business check or money order.

NOTE: To get your business visa, please include a company letter on company letterhead, stating who you will be meeting, for how long and you have sufficient funds of over 2,000.00 to cover your expenses during your trip.
