NOTE: US citizens and certain nationalities do not need a visa for Tourist or Business for a stay of up to 90 days. If traveling for Business, please take a Business Letter of Guarantee, translated into Spanish.

We will FedEx or deliver your passport back to your address as soon as the consulate releases your passport to us.

Letter of guarantee

Please provide a letter from the U.S. based company addressed to the Consulate of Colombia in Houston, TX, translated into Spanish. It will also need to be Apostilled by the Secretary of State of Texas.

Sam’s Passport can assist with the translation and Apostille.

Letter of attorney

Please provide a letter addressed to the Consulate of Colombia in Houston, TX authorizing Sam’s Passport Inc. to handle the visa request for the applicant. It must be signed by applicant, translated into Spanish and Apostilled by the Secretary of State of Texas.

Sam’s Passport can assist with the translation and Apostille.

Certificate of business

Please provide a copy of the US based company’s Articles of Incorporation/Certificate of Corporate Existence.

This certificate will need to be Apostilled by the Secretary of State.

Certificate chamber of commerce

Please provide the ORIGINAL (Certificate Chamber of Commerce) Camaro De Comercio from the Company in Colombia.
