• Passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay.


• The original passport must be submitted and should have at least two blank visa pages for processing.


• Non U.S. Citizens must provide a notarized copy, front and back of a U.S. Green card or I-94; in order to have a visa processed.

Business Visa

VISA REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER Argentina:

• Passport /at least six months validity remaining, and at least one blank visa page

• Notarized Copy of U.S. Alien Registration Card (Green Card) for none US Citizens.

• Letter of Guarantee – Link from employer in USA, to attention of "Consulate of Argentina, Visa Section, Houston", explaining purpose of travel, duties to be performed, and guaranteeing financial support for the traveler, including return transportation to the USA. Letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.


• Copy of bank statements, Credit cards or cashier’s checks.

Work Visa
Processing time about 30 days, applicants need to come in person for a personal interview and sign the application and do their finger print. Appointment is required.

• Passport /at least six months validity remaining, and at least two blank visa page.


• Photocopy of the first two pages of the passport.


• 1 Visa Application Form-Link, per applicant fully completed and signed, and all signatures notarized.


• 3 Recent Passport-Type Photographs per applicant.


• Birth Certificate has to be translated to Spanish (Apostille seal by the corresponding Secretary of state, The birth certificate has to be Apostille and the translation has to be Apostille also).


• Your Marriage Certificate has to be translated to Spanish if spouse is joining on this trip (Apostille seal by the corresponding Secretary of state for the marriage certificate and also for the translation).


• Police Clearance Report from place of residence for the last five years showing no proof of Criminal record, has to be translated to Spanish and notarized. (Apostille seal by the corresponding Secretary of state for each police report and also for each translation).


• Written declaration under oath of lack of any international criminal records translated to Spanish and notarized.


• Health Certificate Record, Two forms one in English and Spanish which have to be completed by the a physician, indicating the place and the date, please attach a copy of the doctors license.


• Original Work contract from the company in Argentina signed before a notary Public.


• Entry Permit (in order to obtain the entry permit the company in Argentina needs to present the original work contract in immigration once it is finished and issued it has to be sent to the consulate of Argentina office in Houston in order to issue the work visa.


• Original letter from the employer in the USA Letter of Guarantee - Link from employer in USA, to attention of "Consulate of Argentina, Visa Section, Houston", explaining purpose of travel, duties to be performed, and guaranteeing financial support for the traveler, including return transportation to the USA. signed by the company President and notarized.


• Notarized copy of last degree attained.


• Notarized Copy of U.S. Alien Registration Card (Green Card) for none US Citizens.

Q. Do I need to send you my passport in order to receive a visa?
A. Yes, your passport must be submitted with the required paperwork and photos in order to obtain a visa for traveling outside the USA. For visa service in Houston, you can drop off your passport at our agency.

All U.S. Citizens who are traveling by air will now be required to carry a U.S. Passport.

Adults over 19 years of age will require a passport if traveling outside the U.S. by car, including Canada and Mexico.

U.S. Citizens 19 and under do not require a U.S. Passport if they are traveling outside the U.S. by land or sea.

Processing time for Brazil Visas will now take 7 - 10 working days due to increased applications at the Consulate of Brazil. Please plan accordingly.
