    Q. Who is Sam’s Passport & Visa Services?
    A. We are a private US passport & visa services agency providing an expediting service through a standing appointment with the U.S. Passport Office that enables us to submit passports on behalf of our clients. We are not the U.S. Passport Office, but we work closely with them and all foreign consulates on a daily basis.

    Q. How soon can I expect my passport?
    A. Depending on the type of service that you choose and the time we receive your documents, you can receive an express passport in as little as 72 hours.

    Q. What is a visa? And why do I need one.
    A. A visa is a stamp that is affixed to a blank visa page in your passport that is required by foreign countries before you are able to enter their territory.

    Q. Do I need to send you my passport in order to receive a visa?
    A. Yes, your passport must be submitted with the required paperwork and photos in order to obtain a visa for traveling outside the USA. For visa service in Houston, you can drop off your passport at our agency.

    Q. Will my passport be safe and secure?
    A. Sam’s Passport and Visa Services prides itself on maintaining an organization that is built on ethics and morality. We recognize most individuals will not feel comfortable releasing personal information which is why we make sure that our staff is thoroughly screened and we are also a Gold Star recognized member of the BBA.

    Q. How do I get my passport to you?
    A. Our preferred method of deliver is FedEx, UPS, or any other method of deliver that enables real-time tracking. If you are in Houston or any surrounding areas and need US passport and visa services, you can deliver the passport to us personally.



 

All U.S. Citizens who are traveling by air will now be required to carry a U.S. Passport.

Adults over 19 years of age will require a passport if traveling outside the U.S. by car, including Canada and Mexico.

U.S. Citizens 19 and under do not require a U.S. Passport if they are traveling outside the U.S. by land or sea.

Processing time for Brazil Visas will now take 7-10 working days due to increased applications at the Consulate of Brazil, please plan accordingly.

China visas applications now require the applicant to have an "Official China Invitation" and confirmed travel and hotel reservations in order to be processed. The invitation must be generated in China be generated and stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Each applicant must submit a fully completed Passport/Visa Request Form for all services. This form is necessary in order to begin and complete all transactions.
